The staff were beyond amazing. The receptionist is beautiful and makes you feel so at ease, she is always happy to help with anything. The staff inside the care home go out of their way to make the residents feel loved and cared about. I witnessed so much of that whilst I was there. A care home is so much more than statistics and reviews. When your mind is fragile the moments matter and are precious. You have a beautiful care home filled with love and laughter.
